Preliminary estimate
We will work with your chosen architect and provide a preliminary estimate with a line by line breakdown of labour, sub contractors and materials required to complete your project. This is a key step to ensure that your vision and budget align before committing to detailed drawings.
Pricing/contract signing
We can offer a fixed price contract or a cost plus model depending on your requirements. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and that is reflected within our pricing. You will be presented with a line by line item of everything that is required to complete your build. As members of New Zealand certified builders you can rest assured knowing you’re in safe hands. With all our contracts we will send you a client information booklet on the 10 year halo guarantee.
Schedule
We can then book your project into our schedule and will provide you with a detailed timeline outlining all the crucial stages of your project so you know when certain decisions need to be made and you won’t be under unnecessary pressure.
Construction
Now we get to do what we do best. Once construction kicks off we will keep you informed of the progress through out your project with weekly site updates and regular client meetings you will always know exactly what is happening on your project. With the addition of our online site diary and client portal you will have real time access to see where your project sits at any given time.
Handover
This is where we do our final walkthrough and officially hand your project over to you.
